BLONDIES (aka WHITE BROWNIES) 2 c all-purpose flour 2 c packed brown sugar 2 tsp baking powder 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c butter or margarine 1 c chopped walnuts Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter and remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients and walnuts into sugar mixture. Spread in a greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. Makes about 4 dozen.
