PEACH SAUCE (Makes 3 cups) 1 29-oz can peach slices 1/2 tsp grated orange peel 1/4 c sugar 1/3 c orange juice 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp butter or margarine Drain peaches, reserving 1 1/4 c syrup. Coaarsely chop peaches. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add reserved syrup. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in orange peel, orange juice, butter or margarine, and chopped peaches. Cover and chill without stirring.
