ORANGE SAUCE (Makes 1 3/4 cups) 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 c orange juice 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp butter or margarine dash salt In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in orange juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in butter or margarine. Serve warm.
